This one has me scratching my head.

Rosado leaves Hochschild and ends up on the Board of Directors of a company that Eduardo Hocshcild owns at least 36.9% of.

He purchased that stake of 36.9%  from Hochschild Mining PLC on March 5, 2010.

Go figure?
