I'm just saying if it is a hostile offer to purchase, isn't there a legal requirement to disclose who made the offer and what the details of that offer are. Until that time, speculation could indicate the offer could be that another company has offered to sell FOS a property, or offered to simply join companies to gain access to FOS cash position for working capital. Thats why disclosure is necessary soon.
