I dont think Dubai is a good example. They are going to run out of oil in the next 15 years or so, and have stopped making payments on their outside debt. The islands they are building not selling like they were anticipated and the revenue just isnt there. I think the oil revenue stream will favor the Kurds for hundreds of years, maybe longer.
