Mitchell is still buying. Picked up 83.000 shares at $2.07 on May 7. I expect we will see Stilwell still buying more as well.

Mitchell could have made over 40% on his 9 million investment and didn't run. This Penn. case has little to no influence on the bigger picture and there is no doubt in my mind that the intention is to take it private. In fact, I'm betting on it and will stay in until it happens.

It's book value will increase substantially after the next FR and so will it's SP IMHO

Debt is being bought back which inhances it's value as well.
