 It looks to me at this point the transfer is a done deal all be it tied up in more chinese bureaucracy.I think what this stock is suffering from is its investors are so frustrated with this whole mess they have given up .The stock prise will not move untill some north american promoter takes the initiative and runs with it .Your 100%right no way should this be trading this far below net asset let alone cash .The good news we are one step closer .I could not even begin to give you an idea how long before this takes off but once the licences are transfered whats your best guess as to how long to build ?full production ?
Ive been investing in proporties like this for 22 years now and never sell before full production Im sure this will trade at least 10 times this price if not more,The good news today is always a shorter wait than yesterday.Its been way to long a wait for me I ve been in this for way to long now Pulled out most of my investment some time ago but I think Ill be a buyer next few months . This stock will need a lot more than just me to pull it out of the garbage can though ,some kind of promotion is needed and way over dew .
