This is a completely plausible situation

Doug Biles was the Managing Director of TransOcean and Transworld Oil in the 80’s. I am sure that his contact list is huge.

Rob Powers is the President of the Young Presidents Association, was the co-chair of Blakes National Energy Law Group, a tier 1 lawyer. So he too would also have a large contact list in the gas and oil sector

Ben DuPont and yet2.com could make a phone call to the President of any company in the world and get his ear pretty quickly.

This also not a misleading NR's. It has nothing to do with WSCE and would not think that DuPont would tarnish his reputation on a company like this unless there was something else going on. I for one do not believe that this would be posted on Ben DuPonts twitter page without his approval and without being worded just right.
