BMO Nesbitt is large on the sell side of a number of juniors I follow - who knows what's up with that?

I suspect flow-through partnerships, primarily.

Dentonia has a very large following for a stock with a sub-$5mill cap. Notice how the bids came in swiftly after the sell-off.

CEO Petancic has intelligent and deep-pocketed backers - the Blussons and others.
