Someone bought 100,000 near the close

Someone bought 100,000 near the closeSomething must be coming out soon. Why would anyone buy 100,000 shares 10 minutes before the close at the asking price. Lets hope we have a news release with drill results from Ontario. (I wouldn't hold my breath).
