Well, never again will I buy into a company dependent upon regulation largesse. 
I agree that credit is contracting again, which is murder for small companies like ACT.  It's a good product at the wrong time (for now).
Further dilution will hurt -  I expect a reverse split - everyone else is doing it!  Why not ACT?
Don't get me wrong; I am long, and staying to at least break even.  I like the product, but the market does not.
