THE secretary fwd me to the cell of a bob someone, he was very upbeat and eventually cut me short he had another incoming call. wanted to ask him if the next financing will be a public offer or a bought deal.  I strongly expect it will be a bought deal with several major houses, which is typical and a very good sign
