Cormark and Sprott are two different companies ,owned by different people ,the confusion comes in because Cormack was at one time owned by Sprott,but Sprott sold it,as part of the deal ,the sold company could use the Sprott name for a set peroid of time ( 5 years ), then it had  to change its name,thus Cormark.when the Cormark name shows up ,its probably buys on the behalf of individual investors,just as you would see tdwaterhouse or bolder....easy to be confused though!
