This is good for long term, but will hurt in the short term.

However, why in the world, they raise money at this time as they now are cash flow positive and growing. It looks like if you are rich, people will continue to pay you well. If you are poor, people will not pay you at all. ANV is rich and now even richer with $273M bought deal.
