Alternate Symbol(s):  MBYMF

MTB Metals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company. The Company has six active projects spanning approximately 580 square kilometers in the prolific Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia. Its projects include Telegraph, American Creek, Red Cliff, BA property, Theia and Southmore. The Telegraph project is located in the vicinity of four porphyry deposits being advanced by mining companies: Galore (Teck / Newmont), Schaft (Teck), Saddle (Newmont) and the operating Red Chris copper-gold mine (Newcrest / Imperial Metals). The American Creek project is centered on the historic Mountain Boy silver mine. The project is road accessible and 20 kilometers (km) from the deep-water port of Stewart. Red Cliff is a past producing gold and copper mine in which the Company holds a 35% interest. The BA property is a silver-lead-zinc mineralization located approximately four km from the highway. The Southmore is in the midst of some of the deposits in the Golden Triangle.

Dunwell

Dunwellhttps://www.mountainboyminerals.ca/dunwell/index.html

The Dunwell mine is located 7.5 kilometers northeast of Stewart onthe northside of Glacier Creek.

The deposit consists of a series of quartzand quartz-breccia veins hostedin thin-bedded argillite, siltstone andgreywacke of the Middle Jurassic SalmonRiver Formation (Hazelton Group). Andesitictuffs of the underlying LowerJurassic Unuk River Formation outcrop to theeast of the veins.

The veins are developed in the PortlandCanal Fissure Zone. This zone of faultingand shearing trends north dips steeply westand hosts a vein system that extendssouthward for 6.5 kilometers from theVictoria/Dandy occurrence on the north, through the Dunwell mine across GlacierCreek to the Ben Bolt occurrence.

The deposit consists primarily of two veins, the Sunbeam vein to the northand the Dunwell (number 23) vein to thesouth, with a number of other lessimportant veins. The veins are developed enechelon adjacent to a major northstriking, west dipping fault zone (Westfault). The veins are commonly situatedalong one or both sides of parallellamprophyre dykes which are up to 0.6meters wide.

Mineralization consists of lenses, disseminations and stringers of pyrite, galena, sphalerite and tetrahedrite withminor chalcopyrite, native silverand argentite in a gangue of quartz andminor calcite. Locally, the Dunwellvein contains up to 75% sulphides. Themineralization is more intense wherethe veins are intersected by fractures ofthe West fault zone. High-grademineralization is contained within one oreshoot in the Dunwell vein. Thisore shoot strikes for 30 meters, extendsdowndip for 150 meters and averagesat least 1.2 meters in width. A chip sampleacross 1.14 meters assayed 6.9grams per tonne gold, 4456 grams per tonnesilver, 6.6% lead and 5% zinc (Ministerof Mines Annual Report 1933, page 58).

Between 1926 and 1937, 45657 tonnes wereproduced averaging 6.63 grams pertonne gold, 223.91 grams per tonne silver,1.83% lead, 4.01% zinc and 0.056%copper.

During late 2009 and early 2010, a drillprogram is testing south of the No.1 level and beneath the no. 4 level. Theseare areas that have never beenexplored either by drilling or undergroundworkings.
