                       I respect the manner in which you interpret the released number and agree when you indicate that  "the monthly differences(April compared to March 2010) look like different ore grade and maybe even type.

Q1 will not be good(EBIDTA pos., but negative Net Income before Taxes is my expectation).  In addition to your focus on the need for fuller disclosure I suspect we also agree that the price of Moly has become even more critical for Mercator since the copper hedging agreement. We are probably 6 to 9 months away from proven production success by the company, but the market does try to anticipate,
