Interesting The Kentucky Div. of Mine Permits just updated there web page today. I see why its taking so long as there are 978 permits pending in review and in April there were 87 issued but only 11 new ones of 211 new ones, And 0nly 20 permits issued from 150 of the transfers. Hope Nag's on the top of the pile Looks like they need some help in them offices down there, I think they have a few unemployed people they could hire In the USA. The link below will take there.
