Silver almost @ $20-actually $19.63

Silver almost @ $20-actually $19.63I am positive that AGQ Management is waiting for some appropriate time to release the fact that mining has commenced but for some reason )perhaps known only to JW & his group), that much anticipated announcement has not been made. Here's my thinking
- new spur road to bypass village has been completed for some weeks now,
- excavating contractor with their equipment has been contracted & was on board some time ago,
- sampling to refiner was delivered last Mar/Apr.
- sufficient funds have been on hand since January's PP
- SJ is an existing mine so permits are in place
- ground water control (pumping) equipment was functioning.
- mine in a rural community so labour force should be available.
- upgraded company buildings might not be completed but should not be holding up mining activities
Of course the release of the expected news re abouve is totally under their control of mgnt.

Can anyone shed some insights regarding what benefit there might be to hold up release of info - May 23 notwithstanding?
