They have already done most of these tests in the past. They may have to update a few things with some new doses, but please correct me if I am wrong... we have already done all the tests.

The stages after the 5 dose assay for NCI to apply for an IND are as follows:
Acute Toxicity Determination
Hollow Fibber Assay
Tumor Xenograft Models

Gap has already done all of these tests and had the results in 2006.
