Strange statements regarding drill program?

This statement was found in an article. I think I read it before in other sources:

The company has a 100,000-metre drilling program planned, for the next two years, to expand the current resources and to search for new discoveries.

But isn't this year's plan for only 10,000 metres of drilling? Isn't something a little bit off here? There is no way they'll do 10% this year, than 90% next year...
