RE: RE: RE: Minimum listing requirementsThey are both TSX... but, one is the "Venture" Exchange... WEW went over to the main exchange a couple of years ago.... Since WEW went over to the "Main" the chart hasn't looked good at all.....

Burnaby, BC – April 25, 2007 - WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX-V:WEW), a provider of location-based and fleet telematics services, today announced that it has received conditional approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Subject to fulfilling the listing requirements, the Company will transfer its listing from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company shares will commence trading on April 26, 2007, under the symbol "WEW".
