RE: Turn out the light

RE: Turn out the lightThe end? Not yet. The company principals have outstanding loans to the company, they want their money back. They didn't get rich by throwing their money away. The company has a debt of over $12M, the board member's loans are so insignificant that they would be last in line behind all the other creditors making a claim against assets if they did go bankrupt.

Then again, these guys did run an unsuccessful oil exploration company and ran it so badly the company was de-listed. If they did it once, they can do it again.

With all that said, I'm still captivated by the two spikes each year, one in spring, one in summer. We've seen this year's spring spike, the summer one is due. Based on the decline of the size of those spikes year over year, I think we can expect 5 - 8 cents by August.

After that, I'm out of this one until December.

Remember folks; buy high, sell low. I can't make money unless you do. LOL
