December 23, 2009 Private Placement: Announced the offering of 10,000,000 shares priced at .05. 

First tranche of that closed in February for 5.6M shares, with a hold period ending May 29.

Second tranche of that financing was cancelled and replaced with a new one announced on May 11. The new one is for up to 6,000,000 shares, also priced at .05. I guess we can assume a 4-month hold on these too, so we won't have to 'worry' about them until late summer.
