One of Top 50 Most Undervalued Co's of 2010

One of Top 50 Most Undervalued Co's of 2010from an April 14th article on Seeking Alpha:

https://seekingalpha.com/article/198722-top-50-most-undervalued-companies-of-2010-part-4

"China North East Petroleum (NEP) is engaged in the exploration and production of crude oil in Northern China. If you believe that China is hungry for energy and the next crisis could be related to the global oil production surplus going into a deficit, this is a practical way to capitalize. It’s hard to say, since we are waiting on a report that could send the share price skyrocketing. To do this, all they really need to do is offer non-GAAP guidance on a forward basis".

I've checked on their website and haven't seen anything posted since April 16th. Maybe someone could decipher the last couple sentences in the above paragraph please?? What report are we waiting on?? And non-GAAP guidence on a forward basis?

Thanks!!
