Directors and their new options - what BS!

Directors and their new options - what BS!Rborhi, it absolutely is shameful that the BOD is getting even one f-cking option. Here's why:

- THEY HAVE SOLD ALMOST ALL OF THEIR SHARES. These guys didn't believe that the Rosa Coal mine would be put into operation and therefore hit bids like drunken sailors all the way up.

- All their selling contributed to a lower SP, as did their ridiculous placement of financings - which all ended up being done IN THE MARKET - ie. financings were sold in the market and then...wash, rinse, repeat.

- Yep, the BOD have strong backgrounds and should have been able to get institutional buying. I sure as sh-t didn't see any.

- The lack of an active BOD hurt NDX in the investment community, big-time.

These after-the-fact-ers are all full of great ideas now that NDX is a success. I for one will be lobbying for them to be booted off at the AGM, as they are a disgrace.

Acquisitions are coming, so stay the course here - but if someone tells you they are an NDX director, give them the middle finger and tell them to f-ck off. you the investor have supported the company - not them.
