RE: RE: RE: RE: NEWS - Closing of $100.8 Million B

RE: RE: RE: RE: NEWS - Closing of $100.8 Million BJJMA - The bought deal closed the day of the offering.  Many folks on this board know, because they tried to get in on.  Not sure if you are intentionally trying to mislead or if you are just ignorant of the facts.

I have  NEVER seen the overallotment announced at the same time that the bought deal closing is announced, and I've seen many bought deals.    BHW - the over allotment can be exercised at any time up to 30 days after the clsoing date (today), and I would be very surprised if the over allotment wasn't taken up just as quickly as the rest of the shares, because I practically begged TD to get me some and they said the deal was closed and not to bother trying to go on the waiting list.  Brokers make a commission on every share they sell - so no reason not to get me some if they had it.

IMO - very good news that they are moving to the TSX.
