RE: RE: Gong Show

RE: RE: Gong ShowHi cachetin

My view is to distinguish between the business operations and the financing / market promotion.  There is no question that Neil's execution on the operational side has been brilliant and effective.  On the financing and market promotion side, refer to Jim Rockford's many previous posts and with that I say we, the owners of the company act to fix what is so clearly broken and wrong headed.

There are a boatload of warrants at .50 that are due to expire at the end of this month - this should have been a slam dunk to put more than 2 million in cash into the company on the news from last month.  Instead, we have the share price pulled back and the 'pigs at the trough' voting themselves options at current market prices - any options at this point should only be issued against demonstrated results that increase shareholder value, with a strike price that reflects the real valuation not the artificially depressed share price we have seen in the past two weeks.

IMHO this company will NOT be seriously considered by instutional fund managers until this board (except Neil) is replaced.
