I can't tell you if the Windstar financing will be on schedule or not, but the last time we discussed this I posted the timelines for an Invenergy project of similiar size to Windstar ...see here - https://www.stockhouse.com/Bullboards/MessageDetail.aspx?s=WND&t=LIST&m=28019687&l=0&pd=0&r=0
The financing announcement was actually made 2-3 months afer the start of construction so that is consistent with what management has stated.
