Are you referring to the line in the rescent results stating:             "......owing from the Chrysler Ram PHEV and other programs and capitalexpendituresof approximately $220,000.'....."      ??

Ok - if you interpret that to mean that EFL owes / paid Chrysler 1.3mil to "be part of the program", then you guys truly are on glue.  All it says is that there is money owing from expenditures (non-capital) related to those programs.
