Once the financing gets put together.  And if it does get put together.  Then we should see higher prices with a new PP at new levels.  Mind you they may be able to arrange further financing on top of debt restructuring instead of further dilution.  That would be bonus. 

Main reason why these folks bought in this placement is because they have 85 cent warrants for two years..   They will be in the money and they know it.
