How smart does Eric Sprott feel nowwhat did he pay ....like 1.82....well if he was willing to buy such a large amount for 1.82 ,well 1.08  can,t be a bad buy  price for a smaller retail investor,its usally the other way around,the retail invester pays more than the institutional investor.
