angelnickyI am not sure why Angelnicky keeps posting untrue facts about Cline. But, I notice that it is all doom and gloom and with no factual basis. Its almost like bar talk is where this info is coming from.
The de-watering was a minor cost and was completed much quicker than anticipated. After all the mine took around 10 years to fill up and was pumped out in less than 4 months.
They are now within 400 feet of the coal. This means mining is to start very soon.
The investment to start production is less than 25 million. When they sell 750,000 tons of coal at $ 125.00 per ton profit, what are they going to do with all that money? Phase 2?
Put in the rail system which once again is a minor cost compared to new. All the bridges are in, ROW is in place, even the bed material is in place. All that is needed is rail and renovation of the bed material.
I fully believe CMK is the buy of the year. The mine that is being assembled here will be one of the great bargains to be had in the coal industry. (imho)
Yes the market is afoul, but, when CMK sells the first year coal and nets around $ 90 million I bet funds will be easy to obtain, if they are even needed.
