RE: RE: Great News - Brazil MNA, i think the 'insiders' are loaded already...they're not going to lard up YET....B., this seems to be a stepping stone to the actual permits now being able to be legally issued. the permits are another story, as anyone dealing with beauocrazy knows....all it takes is one 3rd world shthead gov't official to nix it, ergo no larding up yet.....when you see larding up, it'll be gov't officials connected with the permit, and have the inside track, then you know....
