Not as much as suggesting that you had inside information.  Just because you might have obtained certain "privileged information" doesn't automatically mean that you're "an insider."  Furthermore, I don't believe diddley squat about you say you're hypothetical position of neutrality here is or isn't.  After all, a manipulator such as yourself really has no valid or legitimate reason to be honest.
