RE: Debt free and prefered supplier status

RE: Debt free and prefered supplier status On one hand this sounds OK but on the other doesn't this mean that Tao (a susiduary of a Brazilian Co.) will own 3/4s of TPS. This if they continue to run the company as is would be great but if they deside to just take over the company and delist all common shares then we would just be had. Am I right or am I wrong ? I would like to see some comments on this from more savie investers than I.
