Azure Dynamics Corp AZDDQ

Azure Dynamics Corporation (Azure) is engaged in the development and sale of electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) systems and components. HEV systems include an electric motor, an energy storage system (batteries or ultracapacitors), and an additional power source, such as an internal combustion engine/generator. An EV does not include the additional power source and only includes an electric motor and an energy storage system. It has four wholly owned subsidiaries: Azure Dynamics Inc., Azure Dynamics Incorporated, Azure Dynamics Corporation of America and Azure Dynamics Limited. Azure has developed electric and hybrid electric drive technologies for the light to heavy duty commercial vehicle category (the Technology). Azure has developed three primary product groups, which include full hybrid electric; mild hybrid electric; and pure electric solutions. Target markets include hybrid electric delivery vans and shuttle buses, as well as electric drive applications.

RE: How far will the market look ahead

RE: How far will the market look ahead I agree that we will most likely see something from Fedex soon. Certainly I expect more news as it was stated 'more news in the weeks" (plural) and this is only the following week. Although the dam is starting to open, I am not sure that we will see much positive cash flow until the sales close, as Azure is in the process of starting to ramp up production, they are going to use a lot of cash in advance of sales, and as they grow this would continue until they reach the point that profit can cover forward costs. But that time is not too far away. Very exciting times ahead. ----------Original Message Posted 5/26/2010 8:28:12 AM---------- The AGM will be interesting as we should be cash flow positive in Q4 dont forget that we could see something from Fedex for LA to take advantage of the Hybrid Vouchers and the 24 bus order for King county one thing we need to confirm as the Voucher website stated 112 vouchers issued and 100 is the max availability that only leaves 12

Good Job Azure now hit us with the BEV-TC additional lead customers the manufacturing location and partner for Europe and the SP could break the 52 week high. We also need Scott to get in front of the cameras.
