TAOI read all i could find on TAO and made a leap of faith, they are reputable. TPS has a major propietary value in their knowledge base and technology which is not currently reflected in their share price. TAO recognizes the real value of this proprietary knowledge and how important it is to TAO's future. Finally this sector is a space TAO understands very well and like Buffett says "invest in what you understand". I vote yes for the definitive agreement.
