The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

It is likely DL had organized the PP last week as the price is based as such. For such a small amount being issued, I don't know what the big deal is, and DL doesn't want or intend on diluting the share base any more than necessary.

Also for those posters that go on and on about nothing happening for years, I wouldn't have expected nothing during the economic collapse and any potential deals canceled or delayed. The bashers show up on weakness in the stock, and I wonder if the same don't do the excessive pumping. This is getting old.
