Re Re blanket commentsTo begin, when you buy a share of NRI, the company doesn't see your "one red cent" anyway. You are simply buying from some other NRI shareholders ( likely  stupid ones ). Secondly, what does it matter what the reverse ratio is? I expect a 1 for 20 but who cares, it is irrelevant. Like I said earlier, retail investors generally have a knee jerk reaction ( pardon the puns) to reverse splits and like some ancient people looking at a solar eclipse think a reverse split is an evil omen. Nasdaq or Amex? With a share price of $4.00 or $5.00 and  U.S. listing, you have the opportunity to attract more sophisticated investors with deep pockets.
