Out of 231,000 shares traded so far today, only 2 trades have traded less than .13 for a total of  10,000 shares, both times part of the order sold at .13 and the other part sold at .125  it looked like a market sell order each time and set the price at  .125

Didn't really look like someone trying to keep the price down, but that's just my guess.
