Why such weakness in the share price?

Why such weakness in the share price?Financing coming to fund the $45MM capex??  Must be as I can see no other logical reason for the weakness. Oil is rebounding nicely. Half of SCS production hedged at much higher oil prices. great future in the pekisko...
