Exactly. Viterra just bought another US grain processor, all in cash. Looking at the M&A, Mayo talks about growth, growth and more growth. He never mentions a word about growing shareholder value. All these acquisitions are nice to your pocket, Mayo, but what's in it for me?

Mayo has been too long at the helm. The SP is the same as it was in 2006. How pathetic is that? But Mayo's salary has skyrocketed.

Now I understand is growth strategy.
