RE: RE: RE: RE: I am Anticipating an ADD Uptick byAlthough I am mostly in agreement with your statements, i do not agree with your implication that the Alberta Securities Commission doesn't have jurisdiction to initiate the investigation and the prosecution of cases of skullduggery. A case in point, if anyone can remember, was the Abbaax stock play in Ft. McMurray back in the late 1980's. Abbaax played the market with false hype and information in order to manipulate the stock price for the directors' financial gains.
In the end, the director, who lived in Calgary at the time, was investigated by the ASC and ultimately he was convicted for fraud. One of the penalties for this person was total restriction of any type of investment involvement in Canadian markets for 20 years.
Granted, the investors were duped, but this director has lost all his credibility in the market place, as well as losing some other of his personal investments.
Now I am not accusing that ADD is in the same genre, but it sure would be nice to hear some true and up to date news on their explorations and an inkling of their results. Most juniors are active right now and the markets are doing well. ADD, let us know that someone is awake and alive in your office. We paid for at least that much.
