anyone here understand theneed for options when so many are close to vanishing   1,660,000              0.20               June 30, 2010

I would think the new options would be to replace the ones about to go under in about 34 days , and maybe a consolidated option for stock on a 10:1 roll back basic.(value any new options @ $2.00)   Nice for a CEO to consider for himself and friends (opps I mean contractors) .    Do what you do best Art , separate the investors from their money..........................

you should try something different like add shareholder value, but that looks kinda foreign to ya, eh!!!!!!!
