What is the most important factor?
What is the most important factor?What is the most important issue to consider here? it is most important to have the "deal" done on a specific date?
Or is it most important to have all the details worked out and considered. This deal is the future of the Vms company. I would rather have the vms company go past the deadline and get the deal "They and We as shareholders want,". This is much more important than saying "OMG the deal must be done by May 31."
Vms has an incredible find at Reed Lake. Maybe vms management stalled and said "Hey, Hudbay! We are not happy with this deal! We need to get back to the table." It also sounds like once the deal is done, that HBM
will begin drilling at Reed Lake and a feasability study will follow. Some posters have completely lost sight
of the project at hand, and cannot see beyond their keyboards. Take your time and get the deal right VMS.
