of $12 per share. Prior to the takeover it did reach $18.
Just to clear the AIR if I may...
Price per share means NOTHING on a BUYOUT !!!!
If you think this stock is going anywhere near $12.00 you forget to mention one IMPORTANT fact.
SHARES OUTSTANDING!!!!
Ask , how many shares did CUX have when bought out.....WAS IT 400 million like SDX.
What was the market cap for CUX ?
Not 5 Billion Dollars to be sure....
It was $1.1 Billion with around 90 million shares out give or take depending on Options and how they counted.
Even if SDX got to the same 40,000 BOD CUX did (with some huge luck in drilling)
Market cap of 1.1 Billion is around $2.50 share price. With full dilution...
Sometimes the math sucks and I have lightened my load but still hold some ......
The last Dilution hurt if you asked me.....
But we will see....They need some good wells NOW!!!
