I would guess the permit I mentioned below is the permit they are
referring to.  It is application number 861-0513 submitted by North
American Gem US Inc.  It is proposing to take over permit number
861-0443 held by Jamieson Construction Company which is in Knox County
and is mining both the Blue Gem and Jellico coal seams.  Again we
refused to accept the application due to it being incomplete on May 24,
2010.  If you have any further questions please let me know.
