Some action! Is it a signal?

the last two days on uranium one is up significantly...Could it be a signal for a reverse trend for a little while? All other smaller uranium companies will be linked to a spark from the big institutions taking position at the bottom of the market. Simple rule: buy low sell high! No risk no reward!
