RE: RE: RE: hated the cost increases

RE: RE: RE: hated the cost increasesThey reported average cash costs of $500 for ALL of 2010 as recently as May 2010.  Now all of sudden they are going to average $650 for the rest of 2010?  Something changed.  Either they are not getting the grade or they miscalculated badly in another area.  They need to explain what happened.  I will be anxious to see if any big holders report selling.
AVR.v peaked in mid April at .83.  Has dropped fairly dramatically while gold has been strong.  4/22 was when they reported low production totals for Q1, then another big selloff after Q1 results and big revision in cash costs.  They are a producer now so drill results are important but actual results matter a lot.
Drill results keep coming and the resources should climb nicely later in the year when they publish the update.  Assume drill results and updated resource will result in announcement of decision to go to 200K oz mill capacity by 2012.  So good news to look forward to but will we have to endure several more qtrs of high but declining cash costs to get to the $650 average for rest of 2010? I doubt that will be greeted with joy.
