Best time to buy is when there is a lot of feareverything is down and quiet, and it feels like the "end is near". Its feeding frenzy time today folks :) Fundamentally, Avion is gaining strength (increasing resource base, production, acquisitions), POG is gaining strength. This weakness time will soon be forgotten and looked upon as the best opportunity for buying beaten down producers. Avion is oversold at this level.
