Perhaps it is related in the same manner as is the acquisition of some Tombstone by EUGS...only as a potential harbinger of the activities one may expect the BOD to be following as soon as they can get their own personal holdings of the companies being "mentioned" lined out and solidified.

I take it Grand Pacaraima wasn't able to get old Hugo Chavez on the BOD so that hot 'spot' isn't looking so hot with Hugo's plans to nationalize ALL mineral interests in Venezuala?
