KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. It is the owner of 100% of the Black Horse chromite project. It also holds other area interests, including a 100% interest in the Hornby claims, a 15% vested interest in the McFaulds copper/zinc project and a vested 30% interest in the Big Daddy chromite project. It has also acquired intellectual property interests, including a method for the direct reduction of chromite to metalized iron and chrome using natural gas. It also owns 100% of Canada Chrome Corporation, a business of KWG Resources Inc., (the Subsidiary), which staked mining claims between Aroland, Ontario (near Nakina) and the Ring of Fire. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

Here it is only the 5th of June...but we already have an nominee for "Employee of the Month."

In a recent post today I mentioned that often the "price" is known before the variable
numbers are "crunched". This post, "Will Cliff Pay?" is a good example of that theory.
It does not matter what the number of share are, nor what's in the ground, or any other
pertinent information, Cliffs knows what they want to pay and someone just let the cat
out of the bag by telling us what it is. And...the Nominee is: ....For, his beautiful composed
attempt to convincing (or at least try to convince) the SPQ and KWG stockholders that their
"fair value" share price is about 25 and 13 cents respectively. Or, to merge so they shall not
be hung out to dry.  Is this just the sharing of his thoughts or spewing the "party line" to
get more shareholders to Sell...sell...sell?   Right now. For peanuts. For who's retirement
fund?
And the Loser is...???
